In my video, I have a HTC U11 with U-3u codename and 2PZC3000 product name and this HTC U11 is locked the Google account verification, it runs Android 7.1.1, so my service will skip to verify the old google account
You need: a Windows laptop/computer (Mac OS can't work), a stable internet and Teamviewer software is installed into laptop/computer. It's a remote access software to make a connection: your location and my service via Internet.
On HTC phone:
+ to charge 15-20% battery and more.
+ to put Download mode: turn off phone, wait 3-4 seconds, hold volume Down + Power buttons.
+ to use a good type-C cable, please don't buy and use a cheap cable.
It will take about 15-20 minutes to remove google account for HTC U11 completely.
