This is a bypass service. After we delete Samsung Knox MDM, the features of your Samsung phone will work fine, it likes a normal phone. Samsung phone can be reset factory but phone can't be updated new firmware, so best way is you should access Samsung phone and turn off Automatic Update function. We can't sure once Samsung phone is updated, it can be re-lock MDM or not, that why we should stop to update.
This service will support the customers who bought a MDM Samsung phone (it means a Samsung phone is pre-installed a Samsung Knox software that is customized for specified restrictions of each company). Customers didn't check or even didn't know about Samsung Knox, so phone will be locked at Samsung Knox MDM screen without accessing any fuctions of phone. Our service will bypass this lock, so customers can use phone with normal condition.
