Samsung Galaxy S9+ with G965F model is sold in South African by Vodacom network and this phone is locked google account verification. Samsung Galaxy S9+ is one of flagship smartphones of Samsung until now (pre-mid-2018). FRP (Factory reset protection) function with asking google account verification will always happen once Samsung phones are sold as secondhand phones or the owner of phones made a factory reset without remembering the logged-in google account.
