How can our service work?

There are 2 T-Mobile US network unlocking methods:
1. T-Mobile device unlock app: on Galaxy Note 9, connect wifi, open "Device Unlock" application, select: Continue - Permanent unlock.
The device must state that its "not eligible to be unlocked". This phone can be unlocked. Any other failure messages are not supported. Process time: 1-5 business days.
Service Requirements: only the clean imei and unlock fee.
2. T-Mobile unlocking by remotely control: on Samsung Note 9, from Dialpad: *#0808#, select last option & reboot. Process time: 30 minutes.
Service Requirements: a stable internet, a good pc/laptop (Windows os is only available), a good usb cable and unlock fee.
