MDM (mobile device management) restriction of Samsung phones is a system-application that is based on Samsung Knox. Samsung allows vendors such as Microsoft, vmware AirWatch... to customize Samsung phones that is suitable with policy of vendors. For example, the policy of a company is employees will use Samsung phones to support their work but they can't take photos or record video for confidential purpose or another company doesn't want the staff to reset factory Samsung phones..What will happen if the user never knows this policy and bought an used phone without returning permission?
